The first is with producer Hiromi Seki, scriptwriter Akatsuki Yamatoya, and Digimon character designer Kenji Watanabe; the second is with voice actress Chika Sakamoto (voice of Agumon).

DigiFes 2019 20th Anniversary Memorial Pamphlet — Animation Play Back!!

The official DigiFes 2019 event (held at the Maihama Amphitheater on July 28, 2019) had a “20th Anniversary Memorial Pamphlet” sold on-site. The first section, “Animation Play Back!!”, contained comments from staff for all of the Digimon animated series released to date:

Each Digimon Adventure tri. movie’s theatrical screening had a corresponding informational pamphlet sold on-site, which contained informational and art assets and a handful of cast and staff interviews.

Digimon Adventure Character Complete File — Character introductions

A translation of the character introduction portions of the Digimon Adventure Character Complete File (デジモンアドベンチャー キャラクター完全ファイル). Uniquely, each “introduction” is written in-character by the respective character’s partner.

Note that the sections for the Adventure kids are meant to be read as being from the perspective of their Adventure-era selves in 1999, whereas the Adventure 02 ones are naturally written from their perspective in 2002. Hikari and Takeru are given a “mini-section” in the middle of the book, at the beginning of which their Adventure selves comment on each other, and they are afterwards given proper Adventure 02-era sections with their own Digimon partners.

Mimi Tachikawa and Lilimon

A translation of a blog post by Adventure and Adventure 02‘s director Hiroyuki Kakudou, discussing the Mimi and Lilimon MegaHouse PVC figure and the development behind character Mimi Tachikawa, posted April 27, 2018.

Director Kakudou often writes blog posts introducing various Digimon toys and figures, along with some trivia about Digimon production. Upon introducing the relevant Mimi and Lilimon figure, he then wrote about Mimi in a Twitter thread in response to a commenter, after which he decided to move the content back into the blog post due to its significance.
